Electron pairs undergo chemical adsorption with metal ions such as iron and calcium, or iron atoms with partial positive charges, forming coordination bonds that ultimately form a layer of insoluble chelaes
The film covers the surface of metals such as carbon steel. This film has high resistance and can isolate the metal from the corrosive medium in the water, thereby suppressing corrosion.

3. How to Use
▲ The dosing concentration of AY-722 high-efficiency pre-film agent is generally 1000 mg/L;
▲ Pre-film time: 12-24 hours for cold state and 8-16 hours for hot state;
▲ During pre-filming, calcium ions in water should not be less than 50 mg/L, and a pH of 6-8 is the most effective.
4. Packaging and storage
※ AY-722 high-efficiency pre-film agent is packaged in plastic barrels, weighing 25kg per barrel or determined according to user requirements;
※ AY-722 High-Efficiency Pre-film Agent is stored in a cool place; a small amount of sediment may accumulate over time, but it does not affect usability.
